Abstract: Four aspects of public awareness，mechanized operations issues，difficulties of straw utilization，no-effective policy measures were current cause of crop straw burning.Eight aspects of straw burn-ban measures，such as strengthening propaganda and guidance，work methods and straw use to find a way out，were proposed.
