摘要: 拖拉机变速箱油封漏油一直是高频率故障，严重影响拖拉机的声誉和使用。油封装配工艺不当引起油封唇口撕裂、翻卷等是造成油封漏油的主要原因，该文介绍了油封装配的工艺及改进方法。

Abstract: Seal leakage of tractor gearbox has been the high frequency fault.It seriously affected reputation and use of tractor.Oil seal lip mouth tear and roll caused by unsuitable assembly process of oil seal were the main cause of seal leakage.Assembly process and improved method were introduced.
