Abstract: Leisure agriculture is an important form of modern agriculture industry.With the rapid rise of leisure agriculture in all parts of the country，a large number of social capital is attracted to enter the field of investment and development.Starting from content of the project and problems of leisure agriculture construction，risk factors affecting the construction project investment income and success or failure of leisure agriculture were explored.Methods of risk assessment and risk management were put forward in order to promote rational and orderly development of leisure agriculture investment.
