Abstract: Animal husbandry in Chongqing，especially in Three Gorges Reservoir area，plays a very important role in the rural economy.But the development of animal husbandry in scale，created economic benefits at the same time，also produced a huge animal manure pollution.According to the actual development situation of aquaculture，biogas residues and planting industry in Chongqing Three Gorges Reservoir，research and demonstration of biogas manure mechanization drainage cycle utilization was carried out in Qianjiang，Changshou and Chengkou etc.Test results showed that biogas manure mechanization drainage cycle utilization promoted agricultural breeding and planting cycle.The concept of biogas manure mechanization drainage cycle utilization became reality.
