顶部送风式差压预冷机温度场均匀性试验

Uniformity Experiment of Temperature Field for Differential Pressure Pre Cooler of Top Air Supply Type

  • 摘要: 对顶部送风式差压预冷机温度场均匀性进行了试验。根据直观分析法进行了预冷效率、耗电量的试验,结果表明,影响预冷效率和耗电量的因素由大到小依次为风温、堆码高度和风速。分别测定了宽度方向温度均匀性、左右方向温度均匀性和上下方向温度均匀性,试验结果表明,温度均匀性都符合设计要求,能够达到均匀快速预冷的目的。

     

    Abstract: Uniformity experiment of temperature field for differential pressure pre cooler of top air supply type was carried out.Experiments of pre cooling efficiency and power consumption were done according to visual analysis method.Results showed that effects on pre cooling efficiency and power consumption factors from high to low were air temperature,height of stack and wind speed.Temperature uniformity of width direction,left and right direction,up and down direction were determined.Test results showed that temperature uniformity could meet the requirement of design and this machine could achieve the purpose of rapid precooling.
