摘要: 阐述了职业技能鉴定在新型职业农民培育中的作用与意义，分析了当前农民职业技能鉴定中所面临的问题，提出了在新型农民培育中推行职业技能鉴定的有效方法与途径。

Abstract: Role and significance of professional skill appraisal in new professional farmer cultivation were described.Problems of farmer occupation skill appraisal were analyzed.Effective ways and means for implementation of professional skill appraisal in new professional farmer cultivation were put forward.
