Design on Seeding Monomer of 2BMJ-4 Type No-till Precise Planter for Corn

摘要: 针对现有玉米免耕播种机功能单一、作业效果差等缺陷，设计一种用于免耕土地作业的精密播种机的播种单体。试验表明，该机漏播率≤3%，重播率≤2.5%，粒距合格率≥87%，性能指标均优于行业标准，实现了免耕播种作业，具备良好的市场推广前景。

Abstract: In order to solve some problems such as simple function and bad performance，a seeding monomer which was applied to no-till precise planters had been designed. Experiment indicated that miss index was not more than 3%，multiple index was not more than 2.5%，seed space index was not less than 87%.These performance indexes were better than industry standard.It achieved no tillage sowing and its marketing prospect was promising.
