Abstract: Flexible welding line of digitization chassis frame was put forward according to production status of large corn harvester.Solution of assembly fixture was proposed when robot was welding.At the same time，some problems were explored.For example，what kind of parts precision and position precision fit for robot welding，what kind of structure design fit for robot welding，and how to optimize the welding process.
