Abstract: In order to resolve the problems such as high loss rate，high miss rate and low working efficiency，a combined digging device with automatic accompanying guide for beet has been designed.Experiment data comparison showed that the loss rate reduced 3.56 percentage point，miss rate reduced 3.08 percentage point，and working efficiency increased by 15%.The results offered technique support for research and design of combine beet harvester.
