Abstract: Universal machine of straw recycling and returning was designed.It improved the defects of stubble cleaner which picking was not clean，long straw after crushing and not conducive to soil preparation.Universal machine of straw recycling and returning improved collecting rate and cutting rate.It had a role in promoting development of rural economy.
