Abstract: Rural water conservancy is the lifeline of agriculture，and it is the fundamental of agricultural increasing production and farmer increasing income.But lag of farmland water conservancy construction is still the biggest restricting factor that influences steady development of agriculture and national food safety.Development history of rural water conservancy was summarized.Problems were analyzed.And development ideas and countermeasure were put forward.
