Abstract: In order to realize robot welding of threshing cylinder for combine harvester，robot welding workstation of threshing cylinder was designed.And universal design of welding fixture was carried out.At the same time，robot welding manufacturability and consistency of workpiece of threshing cylinder were analyzed.Welding experiments proved the feasibility about robot welding of threshing cylinder.It had certain reference significance for application of welding robot in welding of cylinder parts.
