云南山区手扶变型运输机驱动性能研究

Research on Driving Performance of Walking Variant Transporter for Yunnan Mountainous Area

  • 摘要: 对云南山区手扶变型运输机结构和不同驱动方式进行了介绍,分析了手扶变型运输机的驱动和附着条件,得到了手扶变型运输机上坡行驶的充分和必要条件。分析了手扶变型运输机受发动机功率和附着力限制的最大爬坡度情况,并以204T型手扶变型运输机为例进行了计算和分析,得到了手扶变型运输机发动机功率为14.7 kW,采用后轮或全轮(四轮)驱动方式,其最大爬坡度为17.7°,将具有更好的驱动性能及较强的爬坡能力。

     

    Abstract: Structure and different driving modes of walking variant transporter for Yunnan mountainous area were introduced.Drive and adhesion conditions were analyzed.Necessary and sufficient conditions of uphill driving for walking variant transporter were obtained.Maximum gradeability situation that subjected to engine power and adhesion was analyzed.At the same time,taking 204T type walking variant transporter as an example to calculate and analyse.Results showed that when the power of engine was 14.7kW,using the rear or all wheel drive mode (four round),maximum gradeability of walking variant transporter was 17.7°,it would have better driving performance and strong climbing ability.
