Abstract: Combined teaching practice of network course under multimedia condition in many domestic and foreign institutions of higher-learning，based on fully understanding significance of multimedia teaching，in order to construct the network multimedia teaching quality evaluation system for the target，with exquisite course‘Food Safety Inspection Technology’as an example，starting from a number of links in the media teaching，network course teaching strategy under multimedia condition，which was suitable for teaching practical，scientific and rational，was designed.
