Abstract: Diseases and insect pests problems in crops are still the biggest problem of our country agriculture faced.In order to solve the diseases and insect pests problem from the root，do the pest control work，and escort for the production of crops，effective crop disease prevention and control system must be established.Some feasible measures were put forword based on the analysis of facing problems in the process of crop diseases and insect pests management.
