  • 摘要: 分别对肉制品、糕点及馅料、蜜饯等食品中总糖检测方法进行探讨。分析了总糖检测方法中的影响因素。同时对肉制品、糕点及馅料、蜜饯等总糖检测方法与国家标准检测方法进行比较。

     

    Abstract: Methods of total sugar detection in food,such as meat product,pastry & its fillings and succades,were explored.Influence factors were discussed.Methods of total sugar detection were compared with national standards methods for meat product,pastry & its fillings and succades.
