Abstract: Robot welding workstation of chassis frame for corn harvester was designed.Its technical requirements were introduced.Key components such as fixture and positioner were designed.Main function was expounded.Welding rate and economy were analyzed.At the same time，several kinds of parts that welding was not up to were introduced.
