轮式林木采育机清障机构设计与运动仿真

Design and Kinematic Simulation on Obstacle Removing Mechanism of Wheeled Forest Harvester

  • 摘要: 随着科学技术的快速发展,林木联合采育机在林业领域的作用日益明显。但是在复杂的林区环境下,必要的清障机构有利于提高采育机林区作业效率。设计一种适合我国作业的轮式采育机清障机构,在ProE环境下对清障机构进行虚拟样机建模,并对推铲进行运动学与动力学仿真,得到推铲液压缸的运动特性曲线与受力特性曲线。分析结果表明,清障机构在作业过程中推铲液压缸的最大轴向推力达到51 408 N,符合清障功能需求。

     

    Abstract: With the rapid development of technology,forest harvester plays an important role in the field of forestry.But due to the bad working condition of forest environment,essential obstacle removing mechanism can help to improve operation efficiency of forest harvester.A kind of obstacle removing mechanism of wheeled forest harvester suitable for China was designed.Virtual prototype was established in ProE.Kinematics and dynamics simulation of push shovel was made.Motion characteristic curve and force curve of push shovel hydraulic cylinder were obtained.Analysis results showed that maximum axial thrust of push shovel hydraulic cylinder was 51 408 N in the process of operation for obstacle removing mechanism.It met functional requirements of removing obstacles.
