Abstract: To develop the technology management professional with skilled technology，management capacity，market management，by the continuous line as a standard practice for four years，the teaching practice system was constructed which was composed by professional knowledge，curriculum experiments，social surveys，production practice，teaching practice，research training，comprehensive practice，integrated skills experiment，graduation practice，and graduation thesis.Every practice teaching program and assessment method were improved which could ensure to carry out the students practice skills development.Therefore，agricultural technology professionals could be trained for serving agriculture，countryside and farmer.
