Abstract: Due to limitation of time and dimension， there couldn′t be quantities of machines to operate on in old fashioned process of agricultural machinery teaching.That makes students′ theoretical understanding of frame harder.Virtual simulation technology has living effect and is time-sensitive as well as secure and economical.These factors could enable agricultural colleges′ students to get concentration of agricultural machinery courses.According to this，it is essential for adaptation of mechanical teaching to develop courseware based on virtual simulation technology.Meaning and effects of using virtual simulation technology in teaching process according to theory were analyzed.Application of virtual simulation technology with the case of teaching process of redundant constraint and animation production of bowl making machine were studied.
