Abstract: Present status of beef cattle industry and main beef supply mode in Jilin province were expounded.Beef security supply model in Jilin province was comprehensively evaluated based on Entropy TOPSIS method.A relatively safe beef supply model was drawn as a reference for industry development direction.And according to rising demand for quality and safety beef and research conclusion，relevant countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
