Abstract: Rapid development of agricultural cooperatives not only increased the farmers′ income，but also solved problem of‘who till land in the future’.Good economic and social benefits were achieved.Source of scale economic benefit for agricultural cooperatives were improving land use rate，reducing production cost，rational allocation of resources，promotion of new technologies，seizing operation market，saving operating costs，and extending industrial chain.But problems such as high labor costs，high financing costs，risk of production，management and default，poor infrastructure，difficulty of land circulation and low membership quality were still existed in the operation of reality.Finally countermeasures and suggestions to promote development of agricultural machinery professional cooperatives were put forward from ease funding gap，build a stable development environment and strengthen its own construction.
