Abstract: According to citrus status of Taizhou city in Zhejiang province，based on extensive research study of citrus producers and grower of citrus production labor and employment and substance，a comprehensive analysis of cost and benefit for citrus was done.According to family farm design ideas that main labor force was family member，mode and implementation strategies were proposed for planting citrus family farms.
