Abstract: Agricultural processing and equipment gradually moved toward mechanization and automation.As well，structure of agricultural equipment transformed from traditional series to multi axis parallel form.While，parallel machine is more complicated，which make control system building harder.LINUXCNC control system used to agricultural multi-axis processing equipment was presented，which could simplify control system building work with performance of very modular，portability and real-time.
