Abstract: Evaluation method about uncertainty degree of submersible electric pump test measurement was illustrated according to evaluation principles，methods and procedures that listed in the technical specification for measurement of JJF 1059.1—2012‘Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement’.
