Abstract: Water saving irrigation technology is an effective way to optimize allocation of water resources and improve utilization rate of water resources.Development status of farmland water conservancy and water-saving irrigation was summarized.Factors that restricted development of water saving irrigation were analyzed.Types of water-saving irrigation technology were introduced.And application strategy of water-saving irrigation was put forward.
