Abstract: Taking tissue culture rooting seedling of excellent product line for Blueberry of Greater khingan Range as research object，optimizing experiment of supporting key technology for factory seedling raising was carried out.Optimal technical combination that seedling container was hole plate T50，best light intensity was 30% and best air humidity was 65%～75% was screened out.
