Abstract: Migrant workers are increasingly growing with fast development of economic and social，they construct cities and prosper rural area.Yunnan province is an important junction center station in west economy of our country，a large number of migrant workers flock to the cities，and absence of social security system hinder development of rural migrant workers.Cause of lack of social security rights and interests of migrant workers were analyzed.System model was fixed and choice was analyzed.Suggestions to establish reasonable improvement of migrant workers social security system were further put forward.It could improve migrant workers social security system in Yunnan province in some certain extent，differentiation of urban and rural areas were broken，and theoretical support to realize common development was provided.
