Abstract: With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology，research and application of earthworm and its byproducts gradually expanded.Application value of earthworms in life is gradually reflected.Main research and application of earthworm and its byproducts in environment protection，medical research and development，animal husbandry，forestry and agricultural production，as well as organic fertilizer application were summarized.
