Abstract: Research progress on extraction，desiccation and application of flax gum were summarized.The raw materials for extraction of flax gum are flax seed，flax meal and linen shell.The drying method is mainly spray drying.Flax gum is mainly used in food，daily chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
