Abstract:
Microwave was used to extract total flavones from‘Dongzao’jujube leaves.Effects of the extraction parameters on the yield of total flavones from‘Dongzao’jujube leaves were studied,such as microwave temperature,microwave time, microwave power,liquid-solid ratio and ethanol concentration.Box-Behnken design and response surface analysis were adopted to establish regression equation of extraction of total flavones from‘Dongzao’jujube leaves on single factor tests.Optimal extraction conditions were microwave temperature 70 ℃,microwave time 6min,microwave power 500 W,liquid-solid ratio 60∶1 and ethanol concentration 50%.Under the conditions,the yield of total flavones was 3.760%,which was consistent with the predicted yield of total flavones of 3.757%.Results showed that the total flavones from leaves of‘Dongzao’jujube were studied.Results also showed that the total flavones had strong activity for hydroxyl radical scavenging,and had a good antioxidant activity.
