Abstract: A kind of seeds counting and bagging machine was designed.Programmable controller（PLC）was adopted as control core，man-machine interface as operation window，fiber amplifier and sensor as counting device.This machine had the advantages of counting accuracy and stability，fast speed，high degree of automation and easy operation.Test results showed that counting error was less than 3 per 1 000.It was proved that the device could effectively improve counting speed and accuracy，and it was the professional equipment for various types of seed counting and bagging.
