Abstract: For modern agricultural development，cultivating outstanding agricultural talents are the subject of the era of higher agricultural colleges.Enlightenment of foreign experience in the cultivation of outstanding agricultural talents was explored through systematic research on the development path of agricultural education，the education system and basic characteristics in the United States and Japan.And then the implementation strategy of agricultural and forestry talents cultivation were put forward.
