Abstract: To achieve good development of modern agricultural machinery industry，it not only need to adjust the industrial structure，optimize low-carbon industry，but also need to create low-carbon economy industrial chain.The concept of low-carbon economy industry chain was introduced.The game model of agricultural machinery equipment industry based on low-carbon economy was constructed.Simulation analysis of this game model was made.Development trend of modern agricultural machinery equipment was discussed and studied.It hoped that this study could provide reference and help for the development of China′s modern agricultural machinery equipment.
