Design of Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer for Tea

  • 摘要: 振动流化床广泛用于制糖、塑料、乳品、医药、化肥、化工、盐业和冶金等工业部门,在干燥方面,其具有流态化均匀、干燥效果好和节能等特点,但在茶叶干燥中运用较少。针对这种情况,测定了碎茶的基本物理与机械特性,设计出一款用于茶叶干燥的振动流化床干燥机,对电机的选择及其安装角度、弹簧等部件进行了设计,对所需风量及热量进行了计算。运用Solidworks画出三维图,用CAD画出二维图,最后用ANSYS对布风板进行模态分析,求解得到干燥机的前10阶固有频率和模态振型。结果表明,干燥机的工作频率能够避开固有频率,有效避免共振的同时能起到很好的隔振效果,样机符合生产要求。

     

    Abstract: Vibration fluidized bed is widely used in sugar refining,plastics,dairy products,medicine,chemical fertilizer,chemical industry,salt industry and metallurgy industry as well as in the area of drying for its characteristics of uniform fluidization,good drying effect,energy saving and so on.But it is rarely applied in drying tea.Based on this phenomenon,basic physical and mechanical properties of tea were determined.A vibration fluidized bed dryer for tea was designed.Selection of motor and its installation angle were designed.Spring and other parts were designed.Required air quantity and heat quantity were calculated.Three-dimensional diagram was drawn by Solidworks software,two-dimensional diagram was drawn by CAD software.Inherent frequencies and modal shape of the first 10 steps of the vibration dryer were obtained by modal analysis of wind plate based on ANSYS software.Results showed that operating frequency of vibration dryer could avoid natural frequency and avert resonance with a good vibration isolation effect at the same time.Prototype met the requirements of production.
