Abstract: Rice seedling matrix board reformed the way of traditional soil seedling，reduced non-renewable resources mining，and solved problems of long-term replace with out-soil seedling，destruction of natural ecology，and serious influence of agriculture sustainable development.Rice seedlings matrix board was made from crop waste straw to reduce environmental pollution caused by straw burning.Greenhouse seedling substrate board temperature，water retention，permeability were good，disease resistance，resistance increase were apparently，root system was developed，quality of rice seedling and root quickly were improved.It provided safeguard for cultivating strong seedling.Application of rice seedlings matrix board in production could realize purpose of environmental protection，high efficiency，cost reduce and production increase.
