山西省韭菜农药残留检测结果分析及对策

Detection Results Analysis and Countermeasures of Leek Pesticide Residue in Shanxi Province

摘要: 为了解食物中农药污染的现状，对山西省韭菜中农药残留进行了抽样检测，共抽取韭菜样品110个，用NYT 761—2008、GBT 19648—2006、GBT 20769—2008和GBT 5009.147—2003方法检测，用GB 2763—2014判定。经检测，超标样品21个，超标率19.1%，高于外省的抽样检测结果。检测结果表明，韭菜质量安全状况还需要进一步加强，需要引起有关部门的重视。

Abstract: To understand current situation of pesticide pollution in food，leek pesticide residue in Shanxi province was sampling inspected.Total number of leek samples was 110.Test methods were in accordance with NYT 761—2008，GBT 19648—2006，GBT 20769—2008 and GBT 5009.147—2003.Judgment method was refer to GB 2763—2014.Results showed number of unqualified samples was 21，reject′s percent was 19.1%，and it was higher than other provinces of sampling test results.Through this test of pesticide residues in leek，it was found that leek quality safety conditions still needed to further strengthen and cause attention of authorities.
