Abstract: Biochemistry is the essential course for biological major and biochemistry experiment is its indispensable component.In recent years，the teaching reforms for biochemistry-experiment course were carried out on course location，teaching contents，experiment methods and evaluation of student experiment grade in Sichuan University of Science & Engineering，thus，new instructional system was took shape and it improved teaching effects，advanced researching and experiment abilities of students involved.
