Abstract: With the implementation of farm machinery purchase subsidy policy，the enthusiasm of farmers to buy new agricultural machinery was growing.The number of farm machinery was rapid growth.It put forward higher requirements to the safety supervision work of agricultural machinery.Existing problems of agricultural machinery safety supervision and law enforcement were analyze.Measures and countermeasures were put forward.
