Abstract: For urban planning and design，landscape construction is the key，which makes our country social economy and urbanization level continue to improve，and makes construction technology standard increase.Especially in first tier cities landscape construction，all the problems of construction plan are needed to overcome，mainly for capture seasonal factors influence，to give effective protection to abnormal seasonal landscape construction.
