摘要: 在农业工程中,低温干燥具有保留物料品质、节约能源等特点,高温干燥则有干燥速率快、干燥周期短等特点。重点阐述了农业工程中常用的低温干燥方法,包括真空低温干燥、热泵低温干燥、低温除湿干燥和微波低温真空干燥等,介绍了它们的基本工作原理,综述了低温干燥在农业工程中的应用情况,其中包括食品与果蔬、木材、中草药和谷物等方面,同时对低温干燥的发展趋势和前景进行了展望。Abstract: In the agricultural engineering,low-temperature drying has characteristics of retaining material quality and saving energy.High-temperature drying has advantages of fast drying speed and short processing cycle.Some low-temperature drying methods commonly used in agricultural engineering have been discussed,such as low-temperature vacuum drying,low-temperature heat pump drying,low-temperature dehumidification drying,microwave low-temperature vacuum dehydration and so on.Their basic work principle was introduced.Application of low-temperature drying in agricultural engineering was summarized,like application in food,fruits,vegetables,wood,Chinese herbal medicine,cereals,etc.Development trend and prospect of low-temperature drying have also been discussed.
