大豆磷脂酰胆碱提取工艺优化

Extraction Technology Optimization of Soybean Phosphatidyl Choline

  • 摘要: 大豆磷脂酰胆碱(PC)是由三甘油酯分子上的磷酸与胆碱等基团结合而成的一类脂类物质,其生理功能多样高效,在各个领域应用广泛。为了提升产率,以大豆浓缩磷脂为原料,采用丙酮精制法提取粉末磷脂,然后通过单因素与正交试验,研究优化了乙醇浸提法的工艺条件。正交试验以乙醇浓度、浸提温度和蒸馏温度为因子,结果显示,提取的最佳条件是乙醇浓度85%、浸提温度45 ℃和蒸馏温度35 ℃。

     

    Abstract: PC is a kind of lipid which consists of choline and phosphoric acid on the molecular.Physiological functions of PC is multiple and efficient,and PC is widely applied in various fields.In order to enhance production of PC,powder phospholipids were extracted by acetone delicate method through using soy lecithin concentrates as raw material,then technical conditions of ethanol extraction were studied and improved by single factor and orthogonal experiment.Factors of orthogonal experiment were ethanol concentration,extraction temperature and evaporating temperature.Experiment results showed that best condition of extraction was ethanol concentration of 85%,leaching temperature of 45 ℃,and distillation temperature of 35 ℃.
