70种内生真菌提取物对桃粉蚜和朱砂叶螨杀虫活性

Insecticidal Activity of 70 Kinds Endophytic Fungi Fermentation Extracts against Cinnabar Leaf Mite and Peach Aphid

  • 摘要: 从内生真菌发酵提取物中筛选高效的微生物源杀虫剂,分别采用玻片浸渍法和点滴法,经初筛、复筛测定了9种植物分得44种内生真菌的70个发酵提取物对朱砂叶螨、桃粉蚜的杀虫活性。结果表明,各种提取物(2 mgmL)对桃粉蚜有较高致死率,0.5 mgmL对朱砂叶螨24 h的触杀作用不明显,48 h致死率均有不同程度提高,其中6株内生真菌的发酵提取物具有较高的杀虫活性,分别是CQ-5、CQ-8、DLD-2、GT-10、GWT-1和JK-2。本研究在供试的提取物中筛选出高活性菌株MQZ-4-L,其对朱砂叶螨有较强的杀虫活性,48 h的LD50计算值为0.482 9 mgmL。该研究结果为发现新的杀虫活性先导化合物提供了依据。

     

    Abstract: Effective botanical-insecticides were screened from endophytic fungi extracts.Insecticidal activity that 70 fermentation extracts of 44 kinds endophytic fungi which were separated from 9 kinds of plants to cinnabar leaf mites and peach aphid were determined by glass immersion method and drop method respectively.Results showed that the various extracts(2 mgmL)to hyalopterus amygdali had higher mortality rates,24 h contact toxicity to cinnabar leaf mite was not obvious under 0.5 mgmL,48 h fatality rates were improved in different degree.There were 6 fermentation extracts of endophytic fungi had high insecticidal activity including CQ-5,CQ-8,DLD-2,GT-10,GWT-1 and JK-2.High activity strain MQZ-4-L was screened out from extracts of the test.It had stronger insecticidal activity to cinnabar tetranychus mites whose LD50 of 48 h calculated value was 0.482 9 mgmL.This study provided a basis for the discovery of insecticidal activity of new lead compounds.
