6FX-1000型核桃风选机设计与试验

Design and Experiment of 6FX-1000 Type Walnut Winnowing Machine

摘要: 利用丰满核桃和空瘪核桃空气动力特性方面的显著差异，设计了6FX-1000型核桃风选机，采用比重式风选方法对核桃进行分选。介绍了核桃风选机的结构、基本参数和工作原理，试验证明，该机生产率是人工作业的50倍以上，而成本不足人工成本的2.5%，分选率≥90%，大大降低了劳动强度和生产成本，对核桃深加工产业的发展具有重要的意义。

Abstract: According to significant differences in aerodynamic characteristics of full and empty walnut，6FX-1000 type walnut winnowing machine was designed.Walnut was separated by specific gravity air separation method.Structure，basic parameters and working principle of the walnut winnowing machine were introduced.Test results showed that its productivity was more than 50 times of manual work，the cost was less than 2.5% of labor cost，and separation rate was more than 90%.6FX-1000 type walnut winnowing machine reduced labor intensity and production costs greatly.It had important significance for walnut deep processing industry.
