Abstract: As a product of rural economic reform and development，agriculture industrialization is not only a major innovation in agriculture management system，but also only way to improve efficiency of agricultural production，increase farmers′ income，achieve healthy and orderly development of agricultural economy.After long-term steady development，China′s comprehensive agricultural development has achieved some success，and it is entering an important period of promotion development.But accompanied by gradual increase in industrial management of agriculture projects，state financial support methods，management，etc.have a certain change，so higher requirements of industrial management of agriculture project management were put forward.Based on situation of agricultural industrialization projects，optimization path of agricultural industrialization project management was explored to play a guiding role in promoting development of agricultural industrialization.
