Abstract: In course of development of agricultural modernization，the grass-roots agricultural machinery training work has become an important part of promoting development of agricultural machinery service industry.Under new situation of rapid development of agriculture，county level agricultural school as main position of grass-roots agricultural education，how to do well work of grass-roots agricultural training is a new topic placed in front of workers who engaged in agricultural machinery training.In this regard，current work problems of grass-roots agricultural training were analyzed，and some countermeasures to improve grass-roots agricultural machinery training were put forward.
