Abstract: With continuous development of current society，rural landscape relying on its unique charm gradually become main trend of landscape architecture planning in the design of an indispensable key component content.The coordinated development of urban and rural development is one of our basic policy，and urban and rural planning is an effective one to promote coordinated development of urban and rural implementation scheme.Basic characteristics of rural landscape was roughly analyzed，and on this basis，actual meaning and value of rural landscape in urban and rural planning and design in implementation process was further analyzed，in order to be able to follow-up coordinated development between urban and rural areas，and provide certain reference value.
