摘要: 在综合分析大豆主要储藏特性、影响因素和保管要求的基础上，系统研究了大豆储藏技术工艺，提出综合应用通风储藏、低温储藏等方法，保证大豆在储藏过程中不发生霉变、不被病虫危害。Abstract: On the basis of comprehensive analysis of main storage characteristics，influencing factors and storage requirements of soybean，technology of soybean storage was studied systematically.Integrated application of ventilation storage and low temperature storage method was done to ensure quality of soybean storage.
