一种沙障插入试验装置设计与仿真

Design and Simulation of a Sand Barrier Insertion Test Device

  • 摘要: 为了实现沙地沙障铺设装备的研究,设计了一种沙障插入试验装置。该装置可测定不同沙障材料(稻草、麦草、其他秸秆)、不同插入深度(150~250 mm)和不同铺设速度(0~1 m/s)等多工况下的阻力。对沙障插入试验装置的插入阻力进行了理论计算,并对刀盘、沙槽装置、升降装置、滑动装置、驱动装置和阻力测定装置等关键部件进行了设计,最后,对沙障试验装置进行三维建模和仿真。结果表明,沙障试验装置的强度符合设计要求,最大承载力达到1 500 N,满足相应试验的测定需求。

     

    Abstract: In order to achieve research of sand barrier laying equipment,a sand barrier insertion test device was designed.This device could be used to mensurate resistance under various conditions of different sand barrier materials(rice straw,wheat straw and other straw),different insertion depth(150~250 mm)and different laying speed(0~1 m/s).Resistance of sand barrier insertion test device was calculated theoretically.Key components including cutter,sand tank device,lifting and declining device,sliding device,driving device and resistance measuring device were designed.At last,3D modeling and simulation were carried out.Results showed that strength of sand barrier insertion test device met requirements of design.Its maximum carrying capacity was 1 500 N and it could meet corresponding testing requirements.
