Abstract: With continuous development of social economy，people′s living standard has improved，safety of agricultural products quality get more attention of people.Quality safety of agricultural products not only directly relates to social stability and people′s health，but also is important embodiment of government development people-oriented concept.However，as development of current situation，some problems are still existed in actual process of agricultural product quality safety supervision and administration，and food safety potential risk is still relatively large.Therefore，strengthen regulation of agricultural products quality and safety has great significance to guarantee quality and safety of agricultural products.As object of Shanxi province，current status of agricultural products quality and safety in Shanxi province and problems existing in regulatory process were analyzed.Some effective measures to strengthen quality and safety supervision were finally put forward.
